Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

I wasn’t satisfied with the level of professionalism. Scheduling felt disorganized, and timelines kept changing without much notice. The end result was okay, but the overall experience could have been much better.

The quality of work didn’t fully meet my expectations. There were a few issues that needed fixing after the job was supposedly completed. While they eventually responded, it took longer than I would have liked. I think there’s room for improvement in attention to detail.

I had a disappointing experience overall. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get updates. The project also took longer than initially promised, which caused inconvenience. I expected a smoother process for the price paid.

I had a great experience Carson. He came out multiple times to inspect my roof and was extremely thorough each time. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never rushed the process. Very friendly, responsive, and professional. It’s rare to find a company willing to go the extra mile like they did. Highly recommend them if you want an honest and detailed roof inspection. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
