Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

They did an amazing job on a very complex roof. I have a very complex copper roof over the sunporch. They did a superior job much better than the original. There are a lot of flashings. They did excellent with these. They clean up and are very nice people.
