Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

Blake did an amazing job helping me through the whole process - understanding what needed to be done - helping me meet with the insurance adjuster, quoting a super competitive rate after insurance didn’t pan out and getting things scheduled quickly. Excellent customer service & very competent and professional. They put a new roof on for me several years ago due to storm & hail damage to my old roof and did an excellent job.
