Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

As a home builder, good communication is the most important thing to me, followed closely by quality of work. Mason was exceptional and did a great job work with staff to get us scheduled ASAP. The workers came right in time as scheduled and did a good job. They cleaned up the yard thoroughly but they left a few nails in the driveway, which were found after they lifted by my wife.

Sorry about the few extra nails left behind. We do our best and often times need to make a second trip as some get pushed deep into the grass and don't show until the next rain or two. Appreciate the feedback and positive review
