Metal Retrofit. The existing 2" mechanically locked standing seam installed incorrectly and began really leaking during Hurricane Helene. We install 3" flute fill with 1" Iso and installed Elevate 60mil TPO using InvisiWeild attachment. 20yr NDL warranty on the labor and materials.

Taylor Construction did a great job on our roof. The representative we worked with, Houston V. was always responsive and prompt, and worked with our insurer to get our hail damage claim approved while two previous companies had failed. Houston worked with us to find the best look for our roof, making several visits with samples. We discovered inside leak damage that lead to roof inspection and replacement. We worked with Houston, who was absolutely fantastic: he handled all the insurance details, coordinated everything with the insurance, went back to them to get our skylights replaced. He was available and immediately responsive to any questions and was great at walking us through the process.
