We had to have our roof replaced due to damage. The roof itself looks great. The communication was minimal at best. We had to reach out several times to get a date, so we could take off work. We were told it would be within a week, it was a month later. Once they got the sale, they dropped the ball multiple times. We were told they would clean up the area, they did not.
