A truly terrible experience! When neighbors and family comment about the quality of work, you know it is bad—from poor communication, nails and screws left all over the property, to busting our corner siding pieces AND then coming back and asking if they can just patch it versus replace what they busted. TC Backer added siding to a wall that enclosed our carport. We are thrilled with how it turned out! Amanda was our first point of contact and helped schedule a quote. Austin came out to take measurements and get more information. He communicated everything up front and made the process easy from start to finish. The install team was quick and had it completed in one day. We definitely recommend and will use TC Backer for future projects!

From quote to install TC Backer offered a top notch experience. We had new gutters, soffit, fascia and windows wrapped. James was great about explaining the process and reviewing the work with my husband with lots of communication around the project. Howard was the project manager and he was always available and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. The installers were super polite and left the work site very clean at the end of each day. I highly recommended TC Backer.
