Requested a quote, and a couple of weeks go by without hearing anything. We called and the lady who answered said that the contractor who came out said, "They can't afford it." We asked how that could be since we never gave a budget and, even if we had, would still obviously want the quote. The lady says she'll make sure we get the quote. Nothing.
