They did a good job replacing our roof, which was of course the most important part of the process. We did have some issues, mostly with communication. We were given a date a few weeks in advance, but never received a call the day before to let us know what time they’d be arriving. That morning when no one showed up, we reached out. Our roof leaked into the living ceiling. We called TC Backer and they scheduled to come out the same week to check our roof. Kevin was prompt and professional and determined we had issues around the chimney, soffit and fascia. The technicians replaced the worn and damaged areas. This past weekend a severe storm put their work to the test. We had no issues with leaking at all. Thank you Kevin and team for the job well done!
