We used them for roof replacement. Sales person was knowledgeable and responsive. Project manager was less impressive and overall communication was not forthcoming. When she needed something, she reached out but never took the initiative to give us updates. Work was done while we weren’t home which was a bonus but that also means we couldn’t ask the workmen how it was going. In 2021 - 2022 TC Baker installed new windows, new roof and new gutters on my home. They completely transformed the look of my home for the better.
