Right off the bat, they use sub-contractors for all of the work. Got a roof and gutters installed at the beginning of April. Fast install and a decent roof. Lack of sealant used around vents. Also, found several nail heads exposed along the ridge. As for the gutters, they look great, but they installed the downspouts at the opposite ends of where they originally were. Danny Larkin and his Team of guys did a thorough inspection, gave an honest recommendation on what would be the best way to address the our needs. Dave and Carlos were wonderful in site preparation. Surrounded house with protective materials to protect the landscaping. They showed up at 6:30 AM to prep, by 7:30 they were removing the old roof.
