We experienced a roof leak, I contacted a few roofers referred by neighbors, not one called back or showed up when they stated they would. I then contacted TC Backer, within one hour they had a gentlemen out checking the roof. Since the roof was 22 years old we were prepared for the worst. After IDA struck in 2021 I contacted TC Backer for a free estimate on damage repair at my home. One benefit of the onsite inspection was that a previously unidentified source of leakage was discovered. A crew of 2 men worked diligently at dangerous heights to accomplish the repairs. To my surprise the final billing amounted to less than the estimate! Derek and Shannon did a great job. I would use this service again definitely.
