Disappointed. This company sent a man out to do an assessment for a quote. He said he would send someone later that day to confirm what he thought needed to be done (initially something fairly simple). No one showed up later that day and I did not hear from him for one week. I called a week later and was put on hold and told the gentleman who did my assessment would call me in 30 minutes because he was with another customer. Never called me back. Update: I have been waiting for a call back for days. They had good reviews but now I see terrible communication. I called someone else and the work is done. They said the were short handed but that has nothing to do with calling me back. Originally the said they didn't get my messages so I pulled my poor review. I don't want to know the excuse now.
