On the day of roof installation, 29 July 2025, TC Backer removed my existing roof. They had not determined the weather that day. A severe storm stuck my area and flooded my house from above. As a result, some of my ceilings have collapsed, and a chandelier fell and almost stuck me. My repairs are being handled by my excellent insurance company, USAA. We had to have our roof replaced due to damage. The roof itself looks great. The communication was minimal at best. We had to reach out several times to get a date, so we could take off work. We were told it would be within a week, it was a month later. Once they got the sale, they dropped the ball multiple times. We were told they would clean up the area, they did not. We were ghosted by a lot of roofers before we found TC Backer. They were very professional and got the job done, roof looks great, glad we went with this company. If you need any roofing needs Andrew Barron is your man, he was very down to earth and checked on us thru the entire project.
