Amazing service, so easy to schedule and get quotes. Jose and Misael did a wonderful job. Prices are very competitive and overall an extremely pleasant experience. They left our place cleaner than when they had arrived - they collected *all* of the demo material and cleaned our front porch of leaves just because they're good people. Terrible customer service. I have talked to multiple roof companies, and this had the most unprofessional customer service. After my original review (above) I received a call from the owner deeply apologizing and taking the time to understand my discomfort from what had happened. He was incredibly sympathetic and understanding. I received 5 bids for our roofing project and Tekline had the best price. Price is not the bottom line when deciding but I decided to go with them as the interaction with Alan, the sales rep., was impressive. And then the crew that did the work were very professional and thorough. Everything about working them was great and the new roof is wonderful. Highly recommended.

I called Tekline to get an estimate for replacement of my 24-year-old architectural asphalt shingle roof. Norm came out the next day, examined my roof carefully, and told me that I should wait another 3-5 years before replacing my roof. Another roofing company encouraged me to replace the roof due to loss of granules from the shingles and some minor cracking. Norm demonstrated to me that these minor defects aren't problematic. I highly recommend Tekline. We have an old house and a lot of experience with different contractors/ handymen/ home repair businesses, and this was certainly one of the best. They came quickly and gave a very detailed estimate. During the project, we received frequent updates, including photos of the progress, which was first for me.
