I called Tekline to get an estimate for replacement of my 24-year-old architectural asphalt shingle roof. Norm came out the next day, examined my roof carefully, and told me that I should wait another 3-5 years before replacing my roof. Another roofing company encouraged me to replace the roof due to loss of granules from the shingles and some minor cracking. Norm demonstrated to me that these minor defects aren't problematic. I highly recommend Tekline. We have an old house and a lot of experience with different contractors/ handymen/ home repair businesses, and this was certainly one of the best. They came quickly and gave a very detailed estimate. During the project, we received frequent updates, including photos of the progress, which was first for me.
