Chris O'Leary first came to our home and listened to our concerns (sun roof protection) and we decided Tekline was the definite contractor to do our new roof. The crew (led by Ernesto) showed up on time and performed the removal and install professionally. We did have an inferior product delivered and Ernesto realized the defects and the next day they delivered a replacement Certainteed product. The roof looks great and we would certainly recommend Tekline to anyone needing a new roof.
I got 3 quotes from different companies one being Tekline. They came in with the best price/value and didn’t try and pitch me or up-sell me on any products. Contacted 3 roofing companies and Tekline was the only one to respond (already had a bid from a fourth company). Inspection & bidding process was quick and statement of work changes processed promptly. Of the two bids Tekline's was not the lowest. When choosing a contractor I look for one that, instead of agreeing to every wacky idea I have, will instead educate me on what better alternatives might exist. The other contractor didn't do that.
