I called Tekline to get an estimate for replacement of my 24-year-old architectural asphalt shingle roof. Norm came out the next day, examined my roof carefully, and told me that I should wait another 3-5 years before replacing my roof. Another roofing company encouraged me to replace the roof due to loss of granules from the shingles and some minor cracking. Norm demonstrated to me that these minor defects aren't problematic. I received 5 bids for our roofing project and Tekline had the best price. Price is not the bottom line when deciding but I decided to go with them as the interaction with Alan, the sales rep., was impressive. And then the crew that did the work were very professional and thorough. Everything about working them was great and the new roof is wonderful. Highly recommended.
