Scheduling an estimate went smoothly. Estimator that showed up did the least amount of work possible. They did not want to look at the access that was created of the damaged section. Was told he would have his supervisor come back out in 2 days and would contact us ASAP to confirm. Waited two days and no contact. Reached out to the estimator and he responded with a new date.
