Like it was for many in the PNW recently, this winter was tough on our roof. The roof itself was torch-down, possibly put down by the previous owners themselves and likely 20 year old at least, with a seal coat added about 7 years ago when we purchased the property. Besides using Tekline on our home roof replacement and repair, we have used them on some new residences and a very tricky historic house roof replacement with some very attentive owners and architect. Not a single call back! Clean and quick. They finished our small rambler in 3-1/2 days including the repair of several sagging joists and rotten plywood replacement. Chris and crew were outstanding. Tekline Roofing was great. Not the cheapest but well worth the money spent on extra stuff. I replaced a 60 square roof. They came in on a Thursday, did a partial tear down, laid down the paper on one side and tarped the rest of the exposed area. They came back Friday and did the same on the remainder of the roof. One small little accident happened, and someone poked a hole through the sheeting and left a hole in one of the sealing. They took full responsibility and fixed it right away. They repl... Read more
