I received a few bids but when I met with Chris O'Leary I made up my mind to go with Tekline. He was professional but mostly I felt he was being honest and that means a lot to me. They weren't the cheapest bid but the most put together bid and best warranty. I knew exactly what was included and what to expect and it was well worth it. Communication was good. I was really pleased with Tekline's work on my roof! From the initial consultation with Chris to the actual tear-off and installation, each step in the process was handled in a professional manner. The estimate was the lowest of four I received before starting the project. The workers completed the job quickly but with quality, and they cleaned the job-site thoroughly before they left. My roof looks great!
The work crew was fantastic. They arrived on time daily, provided timely updates, and let me know what to expect on the next workday. They were absolutely adherent to Covid guidelines at all times. Expertise and knowledge was clearly demonstrated. From the initial bid to completion of the project I felt absolutely confident in this company.
