I have used Tekline to replace three roofs in the last five years. Two buildings on our church property, including the main sanctuary and my 3,000 square foot house. Sorry this has taken so long, but I now have had my Tekline roof for four years (Fall of 2000). This has given me some time to observe how it has weathered. The first year there was quite a bit of sand loss relative to the last 3 years. I cannot give any data on this except that it is an observation from cleaning the gutters while putting up Christmas lights every December.
