Sorry this has taken so long, but I now have had my Tekline roof for four years (Fall of 2000). This has given me some time to observe how it has weathered. The first year there was quite a bit of sand loss relative to the last 3 years. Disappointed based on all the good reviews. Had a roof install and 4 skylights put in back in April-May this year. Also paid about 30% more for this company compared to other quotes because of the good reviews. The end job is fine, but doesn't seem any better than other companies. They did not use a magnet to pick up screws after, I had to do that, picked up 50-100 old screws, also had to pickup a bunch of shingles from trees/bushes/carport/shed after they left. Workers were professional and always on time. The work done was of quality. My only critique would be that I wish the communication with foreman was a bit better. A touch base at the end of each day would have made the experience much better. Any concerns I had were addressed via email with someone who wasn't physically on the job site.
