Their bid was reasonable for the job that was being performed, and, among all of the contractors we spoke with - they seemed to be the most professional and reliable. They were very communicative throughout the entire process - through scheduling to completion of the project. The roof turned out great - we are very pleased with the whole experience. Workers were professional and always on time. The work done was of quality. My only critique would be that I wish the communication with foreman was a bit better. A touch base at the end of each day would have made the experience much better. Any concerns I had were addressed via email with someone who wasn't physically on the job site. Norm was a great salesperson. He gave us great advice and did a temporary repair until his company could come and replace the roof for us as we had asked. When the crew showed up they were courteous very efficient professional and very clean. This is our second time using tech line and I would recommend them to anyone.
