Norm came to our house yesterday to look at our roof. We've had an intermittent leak in our upstairs bathroom. Norm was the third contractor to come out. The first two merely gave us estimates to replace the roof. Norm's first impression of our roof was that it didn't need to be replaced, he then discovered a small hole above our bathroom that was hidden by moss and was the cause of our problem.
