The responsiveness, support and service from Tekline was amazing. My estimator was Chris, and he came out initially and again when our insurance adjuster came on-site to do their inspection. Very courteous. Norm listened to my problem. Inspected the inside of my house were the leak was and went and measured from the outside to find the region on the roof where water was ingressing. He took pictures and came down and talked with me about the cause and remediation. Super friendly and honest. I appreciate this type of customer service.
