Very courteous. Norm listened to my problem. Inspected the inside of my house were the leak was and went and measured from the outside to find the region on the roof where water was ingressing. He took pictures and came down and talked with me about the cause and remediation. Super friendly and honest. I appreciate this type of customer service.
This company replaced my roof earlier this month on my Tudor home on Queen Anne. They did a wonderful job.
Other companies took about a week of e mailing to set up the initial visit. I could never reach them by phone. Tekline called me about 10 minutes after I sent the inquiry via their website. I highly recommend Techline Roofing for anyone who wants a quality roof. They were not the lowest bid nor were they the highest but I went with them because they responded quickly to my calls and because they seemed to really care that I got a top notch roof on my home.
