Scotty the owner at Tekline was fantastic from the start, very quick to reply, great communication and follow through. I am used to waiting for people to call me back, Scotty called me right away, sent a guy out that same day to take a look at what supplies would be needed for my leaking skylight. Their estimator, CJ, came the very next day after I called, and was knowledgable and answered all my questions. Their bid was not the lowest of the 3 bids I received, but it was competitive and I liked their explanation of the work they would do and attention to detail.
