We lost shingles in one of the recent wind storms. We decided upon Teo's to replace the roof. We had the appointment for inspection and quote, our questions answered, & lots of patience as we decided on type of shingles etc. In between the snow storms the crew came out on a finally nice day. The lead explained what they were going to do (helpful hint to send your dog to day care while crew is at your house, that worked for us). I contacted TEO Roofing and Construction to today to see if they could look at a leak that was coming from my ceiling. They came out this afternoon and identified a significant vulnerability with the siding system (the affected side of the wall was missing underlayment). This lack of a secondary water barrier was the primary cause of the leak. They were here for about two hours and repaired the problem.
