My unit stopped cooling on a Tuesday evening , I called first thing Wednesday morning and there was a technician at my home before noon that day. The unit requires coil replacement, the owner check first with the manufacturer to see if under warranty, then searched to find a coil build to fit the unit . This company is amazing , prides themselves on customer service and boy did they deliver !!!! Thank you

We have never had a bad experience with My Favorite Service Company. Every one of their staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Jordan came out last week to work on our AC as it was not cooling properly. He was helpful, informative and honest and most importantly arrived within an hour of my call. That’s service! You won’t be disappointed!
