I absolutely recommend this company. My AC stopped working during thIs intense heat. A real person, Kelly, answered the telephone who was very professional and kind. He set an appointment for me the same day. Bryan actually made it here an hour and a half early and repaired my AC. No hotel stay, had blessedly cool air!

Very impressed with this company and its technicians and employees. Jacob in the office was responsive, polite, helpful, and stayed on top of things to insure a quick install. Gonzalo and Bryan are great technicians. Knowledgeable, professional, quick and clean. As a widowed mother of two they were so extremely helpful and made life so much easier. Very thankful. I can not recommend My Favorite Service Company enough. They were professional and efficient. Even though this is busy season for ac repair and maintenance they were able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. I had called another company prior and the earliest they were able to schedule an appointment was 4 days out. Kevin our technician was very professional and informative.
