    VERY professional and attentive to everything, big and small. It is very apparent they take great pride in making sure you are 100% happy, down to the attentiveness they place on leaving your house as clean as it was if not cleaner, when they leave. The first half hour was all making sure they had mats down everywhere they were walking so as not to bring in anything from the nasty weather outside.
