Extremely thorough, from estimate to installation. I went through Costco and got an excellent service. The person who came for the initial estimate and measurements was very polite, meticulous and helpful in making choices. The person who came to install was extremely matter-of-fact. Did his job beautifully and cleaned up before he left.

It is a pleasant experience to order shutter form Bay Home & Window company. I made an appointment when they did a show at Costco. The representative Michael was very knowledgeable; explained every thing to me. The window shutter that I ordered is exactly that I want. I am very happy with the produce and ordering experience. Only thing I did not like was it took two months to had it ready to install.

I've got an issue with a shelf. I wrote a review about it and was contacted by the company. I was asked to take the review down pending the company coming to try and fix the mistake for a fee, so that is what I am doing. I am rating this four stars for now because my previous Yelp review was this rating prior to this issue being discovered.
