After numerous calls, texts and emails to have me confirm the appt for Graber shades plus giving them a 30 min window due to Bay Area traffic (the appt was Sat mid-day) the person was a no show after 45 mins. Amazing customer service and incredibly aesthetic design.
Terrible service.
Cancelled the first appointment, and no show for the second appointment. The so called designer’s name is Angel Wolf.
The customer service representative is not helpful either. No information provided, and no apology when I called
Extremely frustrated by having to make literally DOZENS of emails and phone calls to get things resolved. More than a year later, they never did provide the compensatory payment they promised after all the trouble.
Shutters and shades turned out fine (after multiple replacements), but weren't worth the enormous hassle.
