I recently ordered new faux wood blinds to replace old aluminum blinds and I have to say, what a huge difference it makes! I love the way it looks in my living room and dining/kitchen areas. Just got a shutter and blinds installed through Costco from Bay Home. The final product and installation are excellent: They are beautiful and sturdy and the installation takes not much time. The price is good. But the main reason for me is the warranty; for life. If there is an improvement, I would suggest about the communication and timing. From the Zoom meeting with Elizabeth Branch, the designer who was very good and got everything down so accurately, to Mike Wilson, the installer who did a great job!
