This company has been a terrible experience throughout the entire process. I recommend you call a smaller family owned company that actually cares about the customer and knows the products well. I spent $30k for 3 doors & 4 windows. Our doors have remote control roller shades and drapes. We purchased on 1/2025 and received install on 4/2025. 1st issue: we ordered gold curtain rods for our drapes. The sales men showed us a photo of a pretty gold rod. We received something hideous. Very Bad expericne with this company . Over commitment and under delivery . We are now waiting in 3rd month for our work done and even after paying in full ,no ETA . Initially bad measurements were done only to be found later that it's not going to work and whole process kept getting delayed . Customer needs to followup for everything .
