Amazing customer service and incredibly aesthetic design.
Extremely frustrated by having to make literally DOZENS of emails and phone calls to get things resolved. More than a year later, they never did provide the compensatory payment they promised after all the trouble.
Shutters and shades turned out fine (after multiple replacements), but weren't worth the enormous hassle.
Received education of the products out there threw the sales person. We met with other vendors and they couldn't offer the same quality. We love our shutters and we will be getting additional window treatments through Bay Home.
