I've got an issue with a shelf. I wrote a review about it and was contacted by the company. I was asked to take the review down pending the company coming to try and fix the mistake for a fee, so that is what I am doing. I am rating this four stars for now because my previous Yelp review was this rating prior to this issue being discovered.
Beware of this company and there consultants who come to your home, will stay for 4-5 hours and then pressurize you that you should finalize decisions to buy and will start giving you discount till you change your mind, will make false promises and also repeatedly false promises made by other sales people in the group on phone. Would not recommend unless you like getting price quotes written in pencil without any breakout of how it was determined (our quote was $27K, but "if we signed right now, we would get 5% off"). Exploding sales offers at midnight after a 5 hour consultation is not my definition of a business that I would trust just because Costco partners with them (they actually used this as a sales tactic).

We had such a wonderful experience with getting our new window shades for our house. They are local to bay area. Parker is super helpful, patient and a great designer with experienced perspective. He is an absolute expert, helped us find the right shades that we wanted, and was super insightful on the nuances. Highly recommend.
