Kerry brings years of in-house management and client satisfaction experience to the PCS Team. In the last year, she coordinated more than 80 transactions worth over $100 million in sales for a top agent in the county. Kerry is excited to bring her expertise in personalized and complex real estate scenarios to assist home buyers and sellers in the current market. 

Although a native of the tri-state area, Kerry has called Anne Arundel County home for more than 20 years. After graduating from Salisbury State University, she migrated to Annapolis to begin a 10-year career in the special event and hospitality industry. Through many life-long connections and relationships, she took her experience to the building and property management industry, which eventually led to various roles within real estate. 

Housing is personal, which is why Kerry enjoys building relationships to identify unique opportunities and advantages for her clients. Kerry has first-hand experience with the first responder community, and a passion for connecting with our community's oldest residents. Over the years, Kerry has relocated her grandmother, parents, and sister to the county.

When she is not working, you will find Kerry perusing the county with family and friends. Her husband, a Metropolitan Police Department lieutenant, and two teenage sons indulge her with soccer, ice hockey, and the family fishing boat. She also savors her Meals on Wheels calls to senior county residents, sponsoring Midshipman, and planning fundraising events for her infant nephew.
