Our service technician was Kevin McDonald. He was very detailed, asked questions or if we had concerns with any issues throughout the house. Very nice guy!
Kevin will be glad to hear this! We’re happy he took the time to check in on your concerns and make sure everything was covered. We appreciate your trust and support!
Wendy the woman I spoke with on the phone was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. She answered every question I had and did it happily!! It made the whole process so easy and wonderful. I would also like to add that Jamie came today to apply the second treatment and he was just as great too! Thank you for helping us through this terrible situation.
