Steve M., the technician came and was excellent. He identified and plugged up points of entry for mice in our basement, and treated for ants in one bathroom. Steve is a great communicator.
Getting the appointment scheduled was problematic however. Pest Rangers bought the pest control unit of Carney Heating and Plumbing who we had a quarterly service with. I called Pest Rangers on a Monday in between our quarterly visits for a problem. They scheduled us for Thursday morning. No one showed up so I... Read more
