This company is incredible! I recently had an issue that was correctly identified and properly solved by Ted (super knowledgeable) that was assisted by a new recruit Tim (wonderful fellow). Some of the other companies I called seemed to have no care or clue what my issue was. They were more interested in upselling me on a multi-year contract than actually dealing with my pest problems.
