Octavio was great. Good and friendly service.
This was for a commercial kitchen where hygiene is very important. The team came early before opening hours and checked under sinks, racks, and heavy equipment areas. They worked slowly but carefully, which gave confidence. The spray used had a mild smell and didn’t affect operations much. There was a small miscommunication about one section already treated, so they redid it immediately without issue. After a few days pest sightings dropped sharply and inspections have been clean since then.
I had termites damaging wooden furniture and noticed small powder near the legs of a wardrobe. The technician checked carefully and confirmed early infestation. The treatment involved drilling and injection which took longer than expected. The process made the room unusable for a few hours, which I wasn’t fully prepared for. After treatment, the spread stopped and furniture is stable now. Communication about downtime could be better, but the technical work itself was solid and helpful.
