Kevin was great! He came within a day of me calling for a problem with bees in my bathroom. He was very thorough in diagnosing my issues and gave me information about the timing of when bees come out from the winter and look around for a new home. He told me a backup plan in case they come back and encourage me to call him if I have any issues. He was very nice and responsive!
