I've been working with this company for years now. I will say all techs are different but good and Ben, my last tech, was amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me. He showed me the holes that the mice were coming through and how to fix them. I would say he went above and beyond and I am going to request him for all future service calls. Highly recommend!
