We had a unique situation and needed to get a pest control company involved quickly (mice). When I called and spoke with Wendy she answered all of my questions and also gave me great explanations of everything that they would be doing. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. I very much enjoyed and appreciated my conversation with her!!
I originally just filled out the form online. Usually that takes a few days to be contacted, however Wendy emailed me first thing Monday morning then followed up with a phone call. She was very informative and clear with the services they provide and was able to work with my families challenging schedule. Not to mention, she was super kind and positive!
Kevin, our technician was fantastic. He was very personable & knowledgeable. We received an appointment within two days of calling. Kevin called us before he arrived and arrived on time. The whole process, from calling and receiving our first treatment was very easy. We were placed on a maintenance program and will receive 3 more treatments this year.
