We called Pest Rangers and Joe said he was willing to come out within a day. They actually came out earlier than expected, which was good for us because we clearly had a substantial problem with carpenter ants. Joe knew what he was doing and after a little poking around, found the nest. He took care of the nest and did a general spray to make sure that we are covered. Kevin was very professional about his work. Extra Care was taken around sensitive equipment in the home, and shoe covers were worn at all times inside.
