Kevin always goes above and beyond to help us out. Never a dull moment, he is kind, and makes sure he explains what he is doing even if he's done it before. I can't speak for the receptionists, you know the saying if you don't got nothing nice to say don't say it at all. So we will keep it at that. Just make sure that when you're given information on something, it's backed up by paperwork and not word of mouth. Thanks for your review. Kevin is an asset to our company. We apologize for your displeasure with our policy regarding nests above 25 foot. Not only is it a hazard to our employees but it's a mandate from our insurance company to have a service manager on site with an employee when a ladder and bee suit is necessary. Our service agreement outlines this policy. Please look at line 6 which reads "Any deviation from the above involving extra cost of material and labor will become an extra charge. If conditions require the Company to use specialized equipment or chemicals to control any insects or rodent, the Company shall advise the Customer of the additional costs. No alterations or variation of the terms of this contract shall be valid unless made in writing and approved by a manager of the Company." Although it's not a new policy, we are now enforcing it for the safety of our employees.
