They haven’t been yet but keep asking for a review so… they responded to my request very quickly and the person on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable about their services since the website was out of date. They have lots of services for a new homeowner. Hopefully the inspection goes well. I don’t like the fact that you have to pay for any remediations before the plan starts since that seems counterintuitive.
