Called for an issue with box elder bugs around some plants outside of a business. The Pest Rangers quickly identified the bug and we’re very efficient throughout the entire process. Ed arrived on time and he was informative, friendly and very professional. He explained the likely causes for the mice infestation and how he would go about resolving it. After about 45 mins all traps were set and he explained what he did now, and what will happen during the followup process. My wife liked that he put on booties while in the house, and we both were pleased with his work.
