Octavio was knowledgeable and very friendly. We had an initial maintenance service to prevent spiders and other pests as the warm weather approaches. He explained everything he was doing as well as what he was using which I appreciated. I felt like the cost was fair and it is much more competitive than local non family owned pest control. I was referred to them by other happy customers.
