I can't say enough about this company. I've been in residential and commercial construction for 30+ years and Trey and his people are the people I like to work with! Crew showed up on time and went right to work. They soon found out there was an issue with the roof deck and had to switch material from asphalt to rubber. We were going to have Roof Rangers fix our roof. We had communicated with them a lot and gave them a down payment of $2,500. This is our last email to them... Hi Allie, Trey told me that he sent me a link to pick out the color for our shingles. But I never got it. I am starting to think that asking you guy to fix our roof was a mistake. I want to thank Trey and his staff from Roof Rangers for their support and patience through my grant/loan process (that took six months!) My experience with Roof Rangers was overall very positive. We had a tree fall on the side of our house and decided to go with Roof Rangers for the repair based on their previous reviews and responsiveness to initial phone calls. The only area of concern during our time working with Roof Rangers was the salesman/advisor Brian, who came out and assessed the damage and was the first point of contact with the company.
