I had my entire roof replaced about 2.5 years ago. For the most part I was satisfied however my enclosed porch has leaked since they replaced it. They have been out 3 times and put more caulk and said to let them know. Well it still leaks and after many messages I was told that I would move up the repair list. That was 5 weeks ago and still no repairs. My ceiling is ruined and needs replacing. I’m very frustrated at this point and am considering hiring another contractor to repair

While they were very attentive when I was going through the process of getting my roof replaced and giving them money, I have been reaching out for a month due to a leak, and no call back.
