My 2 year old roof had a vent boot that was leaking when it rains hard. I have 3 total and called The Roofing Guys for an estimate to replace and seal all 3. Option 1: The cost would be $1,000 each, per boot, installed and sealed with no warranty. Option 2: Strip the entire half roof down to the tongue and groove wood base, then replace the (2 year old shingles and boots) for $5000 with a warranty, which I thought was a little steep. The crew was timely, personable and very efficient, finishing the job in just one day, from removal of the old shingles to full replacement. ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL!!! TOP NOTCH TEAM!! Extremely informative from the estimate til the actual install. Our estimate was given to us by Casey & he gave us so much information on his expertise of roofing. The day of the install we had a leader named Anthony (tony) that had entire team in check. The roofing guys did a great job! They showed up on time, were courteous and professional. They did the work in the time they said they would do it and cleaned up when the work was complete. They were careful not to damage landscaping in kept the yard clear of debris. The price was very competitive!
